Caravan Poncho Pattern

The crochet poncho is a great transition piece to keep you warm when transitioning between seasons or on cooler evenings where no jacket is needed. Ponchos go great with jeans! Ponchos for kids are also great. I know my kids can’t wait to take off those winter jackets when spring comes. But just because they want to take off their jacket doesn’t necessarily mean they should. Enter the poncho. They are ready to wear them thinking they are wearing a great piece and a cape to keep them warm.

Materials:

6 skeins Lion Brand Wool-Ease in Mushroom, or approx. 1182yds/1080m of another worsted weight, cat 4 yarn
Size US 10 (6mm) knitting needles, 29”/70cm long
Size US 10 (6mm) knitting needles, 16”/40cm long
Removable stitch markers
Stitch holder
Tapestry needle
